What is the name of a movie that deals with a little girl and a black horse?

It had something to do with the black horse I think the horse was a Friesian horse but some how ended up out in the wild and these people have been trying to capture to take it back to their ranch i think but the horse was so famous that there was this man who kept trying to steal it but couldn't until the end when the girl was suppose to race with him (horse) the man actually got him until she chanced them and stole it back and the only thing they could do was barrel race because of the race had already started can anyone help me figure out the name of the movie please? By the It's "NOT" Black Beauty nor any of the Black Stallion... I think they named him Koda.. something like that idk.. Sorry I'm looking and the cover has like a white horse.
