Are miniature horses legal house pets in Montreal?

My uncle has one as a great house pet further out in the country, I just wanted to know if they are legal here in the city.

2. I think horses (even minis) are classified as livestock and would only be allowed in areas that permit livestock. You'd probably have to contact city officials to find out what your home is zoned as. I don't see how that would work, though... goodness, if one peed or pooped in your house, yikes!
3. probably not. most cities, even seattle, allow goats but minis, most will only if they are service animals (minis can be used in the place of seeing eye dogs)
