Cross Breeds

I am looking for a border and frame program to highlight my website pictures of puppies and dogs?

I raise Chihuahua's and I would love to spruce up my website with some pretty picture frames/borders. I have looked at several but most offer the most basic designs, nothing fancy such as paw prints or frames that fade and swirl around the pictures. I would prefer a free or trial site to see if I can figure it out on my own, my computer skills are WAY at the bottom of the scale. Thanks for any help
