Lately it seems I've been in contact with so many women who just love things that are "cute". Like really cute puppies or babies or cute figurines or other cute girls. Not saying people shouldn't be attracted to things they find nice looking and inoccent, but it seems a little childish to get so overjoyed by some of the things. Example: On one side you've got a cliche guy who sees a cute puppy and says "I don't get it. It's just a dog" On the opposite end, you've got a cliche girl who go nuts and has to hold it and pet it and has to verbally communicate how wonderfully cute it is. Her face lights up. In the middle is me. I can acknowledge that the puppy is cute. I even get a sense of peace and wonderment in seeing it. It makes me happy inside, but I don't have to say it out loud or I won't suddenly disconnect with the rest of the world to awe over it. All girls/women aren't really that cliche are they? There have to be some in the middle right? ***There were a couple of times I'd be in mid-sentence, talking about something important to me and my ex would literally walk away and go play with a cute kid or puppy that was walking by. Come on girls, really? She was 20!
