How come all the cute baby clothes are for boys?

The girls clothes make me want to puke!. The boys clothes have cute puppy dogs, like huskies on them, and even guitars and skulls. But the girls clothes are all cheap looking pink with little flowers. I can't believe people prefer the girls clothing. I'm so sick of the brown and pink mix outfits. We do not just wear pink, so why does our baby girl have to?. Please tell me where I can find unique or even vintage type clothing. Birdflip, you crack me up, I can't stop laughing at your answer. The guitar and skull stuff is at BabysRus. I just about died when I saw them, so freakin cute!!!. yeah pink makes me gag for a baby to wear it, but I like to wear it. ?.

1. all the boys cloths are cute because your having a girl! Lol, I had the same problem when shopping for my little girl. Please Mum and The Children's Place have some really nice girls clothes that are lots of different colors. Stylin Mama Baby and Tot has some gorgeous stuff, but they are very expensive. Also, look online! I LOVE the "baby says" diaper shirts at http://www.babymallonline.com/catalog/baby-says-bodysuits.php and there are TONS of websites selling really nice baby girl clothes.
2. WTF are you talking about??? I have two boys and am sick of the serious lack of selection. It's all puppies, trucks, and sports. I'd love to know where you've found skulls and guitars. True almost all girl clothes are pink *gag*, but have you tried looking at second hand or consignment stores? I've also seen some cute girly stuff in blues and purples at A Child's Place.
3. You could try making your own? Or go on Etsy.com and there are people on there that will take requests, and its not too spendy. If I knew how to I sooo would. I am having a boy, and I have thought "ah man no dresses!" but its ok. All the grandkids in my family are girls. I cant wait for him to get here!!!
4. i have green blue pink brown white purple all kinds of colors in girls clothes and there all fricken cute...im not saying boys clothes are ugly but i think girl clothes are cuter...i got most my clothes at target and walmart..but you may have to look on the internet for what you want
5. I agree with the above answerer... There are no boys' clothes... or shoes. Girl stuff here and there and plenty of baby shoes to choose from. Sales racks.. all girl stuff. If you want some classy girl stuff maybe target? I seem to do pretty good there. Or the Gap for nice, clean clothes without a bunch of crap on them. Also Osh Gosh B'Gosh.

7. Are you kidding!?! We have a 5 week old son. Granted the outfits for him are cute, but my wife gushes over the little girl outfits. I think it just comes down to style and personal preference. As for places to find clothes like the ones you are describing? Believe it or not, try a place like Value village. The only other places that I've seen things like that are in little shops usually in the downtown ares of a city. Stay away from the malls and the national retailers.

9. Haha! I was so excited to be having a girl as my second child! I may have to enter a 12 step program to stop buying pink clothes. The poor thing gets costumed every day. Ironically-- I had a minor in Women's Studies in college... Target has some adorable clothes in baby boy right now that would be fine for a girl-- little striped tees with monsters, Paul Frank monkeys, etc. Try combining from both departments. Oh-- and BabyLegs has great leggings in cool patterns on their website.
