Paranormal Activity, am I too much of a scaredy-cat?

I'm not sure if seeing it would result in many sleepless nights or not.. I watch Ghost Adventures, Most Haunted and Ghost Hunters, etc all the time, but the thing is, I just watched the trailer for Paranormal Activity and I kept having to pause it to not scare myself. Is there anyone who has similar taste in TV shows that found it okay? Thanks

1. I didn't find it scary - just remember that it is just a film, and was only filmed to look real.
2. i normally enjoy scary movies, such as 'the ring' and the saw saga but seeing paranormal activity petrified me. i cried when it was over, but all my friends were laughing for some reason :S but at the end it says that all the filming is completely fictitious, meaning that its not a true story.
3. Bloody hell! I was actually crying at the end because I was that scared ;]
4. the movie was filmed with a camera meant to look like a camcorder, to give the impression that it really happened. i, personally thought it was a bit overhyped, but ehh. that's my opinion. but my friend was scared for days to come x] only cause i forced her to watch it with me, and she had her eyes covered for most of it. ... she isnt a fan of horror movies...

6. i can promise you u will not find it scary, i always find when i watch scary films i cannot sleep the next night, however i watched this and i was laughing at one point, its really not scary :)
