What breed of dog is this?

http://www.flickr.com/photos/cgandolfo/2567766751/ i already own a 10 year old cavalier king charles spaniel female who is in amazing health and very friendly and sweet my family and i are probably going to get another puppy our back yard is quite large and we live near a big park i can probably take my new puppy for a walk every afternoon and maybe some mornings we would only get a small or medium size dog that isnt too crazy or noisy also my older brother and i are at school all day and my dad is at work and my mum is in and out of the house so the dog has to be one that doesnt mind spending the day outside with the cavalier so if you know of any cute little puppies that match my description please let me know and if you have any info about the puppy in the picture thanks! yeah i was thinking maybe a bit of kelpie and a bit of border collie or even cavalier king charles or something similar
