Can anybody tell me some animals going extinct in Mexico?

Okay, I have a written test to do on 1 animal going extinct in Mexico and can't find any.Help please?

1. I've been to Mexico several times. I have never seen a Dear, Rabbit, or Squirrel anywhere in this country. Most of the people there are very poor and hungry.They have depleted wild life to feed themselves.
