How much are yorkie/shih tzu puppies?

Ive done alot of reasearch on these type of dogs and i really want one. Whats a decent price for one of these? Like say about a 6 month old puppy?

1. You can get mutts at the pound for a reasonable adoption fee. Check your local pound. You can actually save a life. As for research, you can not research something that does not exist....a mutt is always unpredictable. You might as well have researched Unicorns, the information is the same.
2. better be rich man- puppy= at least 300 dollars...most of the time, they're around 500-700
3. I have one and I paid 300 for mine. They are adorable and sweet, and learn quickly. My shorkie is 4 months going on five. It really depends on the breeder but somewhere between 300 to 400 is the price range. Also, ignore these people (such as DJL) who think that just because their dog is purebreed it makes them a "real" dog. A dog is a dog no matter what price you pay.In the end if you're happy with your pet, that's all that matters.
4. Whatever the rescue fees at the local shelter are. No reputable breeder would ever purposely breed mutts, so any price you paid to a "breeder" of this "type of dog" would be too much.
