I need help finding my first horse for under 600 dollars. does anyone know of any horses for sale?

i live in orange county new york and im searching for my first horse for under 600 dollars. does anyone know of any horses for sale that would be fit for a beginner around here? i wanted to be able to have my horse by the time school starts but im haveing trouble findng one and could use some help. Thanks
