Are marijuana cross-breeds legal in the United States?

I just read a website that said marijuana crossbreeds arent included in marijuana illegality laws, just checking to see if anybody knows for sure?

1. no they are illegal. Like Jed Clampett said California is the place to be
2. I think anything with thc in it is illegal but I'm not overly sure about these cross-breeds. I guess the real question is "If I fire it up, do cops run after me?" JK. Do you have the link to this website?
3. It doesn't make any difference because it's still marijuana at the end of the day.
