4. I'm at a loss for an answer here, since I'm not sure what the question is!
5. Although white, brown-eyed Siberian Huskies exist, the only northern breed dog consistently white with brown eyes is the Samoyed (also Siberian, not Alaskan). Although I've never seen one I could confuse for a shepherd.
6. If you are asking what this breed is i think you are talking about either a Samoyed or a white german shepherd.
