i have two pit bull puppies that i have bottle raised and they got shots today?

i have a male and a female the male seems to be fine but my little roxy does not want o move her neck or be playful like her self. what could cause this is it something to do with the shot? and will they have a knot on their neck at the injection site? i am by my chidren like i am this puppy as i have bottle fed her from day 1. please any advice would be greatly appreciated.

1. take her to the vet as soon as you get the chance.
2. It is to be expected that a dog is a little lethargic the day it gets a round of shots. It is a shock to the system, but it is not a big deal. She should be pretty much back to normal tomorrow. If it persists for more than a day... call your vet and see what they think.... but you certainly DO NOT have to run off to the vet every time your pup acts a little out of the ordinary. Sometimes they don't feel well just like us... that is perfectly normal.
3. It could definitely be the shots. My dog usually gets really sleepy and lethargic for a few days. He also tends to get a fever and sneezes a lot for a few days as well as sometimes he gets a runny nose. It's just like with babies, they can get all kinds of reactions from the vaccines. I would call the vet in the morning to ease your mind, but I'm sure everything will be ok. Good luck, it really sounds like you love your baby.
