What do you think of this horse?

This is my 6 year old retired race horse he is a Thoroughbred he won over $35,000 then they retired him...he is 16.2 and his hooves are a little long in these pics but i realize that...I want to know what you think of his conformation and size and matter...he has not had any exercise in over 2 years becasue I just got him recently, after the horses are retired they are put down after a few months so i went and picked him up for free...(thanks to the LOTS of help from my neighbors!!!!) so he was a little fat but i got most of that worked off of him.
