Lol my cats fight a lot?

okay my cat (favors me only) blackie shes chubby lol 8-9 saved her from being killed bud (17 year old dog) discoverd teesha diabetic, 10, loves my bro and everyone, meows to you. we actually bought her lol... well teesha and blackie, have never liked each other, maybe because when we got her, blackies brother (we saved) calvin hated teesha and i picked blackie out of the too. well the past few days i was alone and the animals did not know, blackie and teesha were sitting together meowing at each other, i came out, teesha hissed, swatted, and blackie hid, do you think they do this for attention? random dumb question lol im bored xp i dont have kids, and i was j.w. my cats just did it now. and i love my family and pets, i know a lot but that part just confued me.

1. Of course they dont do it for attention... Its because cats are dominate.. like they are both females. The older female that you bought home before the other one would be considered the Boss. Its just their nature. You should have gotten a younger male instead, but now your cats wont get along. You can possibly change it, though. Just go on the internet and do some research. Learn about cats. Also, the "random dumb question lol im bored xp" annoys me, because its not a random dumb question. You should treat your cats as you would treat your own child, show it love and care. Them fighting can cause injuries and depression, its a serious issue...
2. no honey this is what cats do,they have a pecking order if you know what that means .they will be alright let them work it out they will.don't worry its normal.good luck!
