Can you tell me the name of this (childhood) movie?

Here are the things I remember. It is a cartoon, there is a little girl, her father is either a farmer or a hunter, and she has a dog. The dog has other animal friends in the movie. The point of the movie, as I can remember, is there is an owl that is a friend of the dogs, and two hunters capture him, take him to a castle on top of a mountain and the dog has to help save him. In the movie there is snow in most of it as I recall, and there are a few singing parts in it. Thanks for your help!
