where could i find descent priced english bulldog puppies?

I live in Wes Monroe, Louisiana. I have never had a bulldog but i hear they are awesome dogs. I was looking for a healthy pup that didnt cost too much or too little. If you could help please let me know. Thank you.

2. There is no such thing as a decent ( by that you mean cheap ) Bulldog...These dogs take hundreds of dollars to breed due to their body structure and many health issues. Good luck...You may want to try a bull dog rescue.
3. Bull dogs are very expensive as they females usually (almost always) have to have C-sections due to the problems in whelping in this breed. You might have to go to a shelter to see if they have any or a rescue organization. It is highly unlikely you will find one for under $2500. They have a poor survival rate and the breeders need to charge more just to cover the medical expenses.
4. The truth is that most decent HEALTHY puppies (purebred) are quite expensive. They will maybe be about 1,000.00 or more. I would recommend doing this since the reputable breeders are the best and they know what they are doing. DO NOT BUY FROM BACKYARD BREEDERS or PUPPYMILLS. These people sell horrid unhealthypuppies that wont live to long.

7. I don't live in your state but I did own a Bulldog once, First, be prepared to spend about 2000 on one. They have alot of health issues, high maintenance and their vet bills can sky rocket. You want to get one from a good breeder to so don't buy one from a BYB.
8. Bulldogs are not cheap because every litter must be artificially inseminated and delivered via c-section. expect to pay at least $2k for a well bred dog from a reputable breeder.
