  1. How do the dogs react to other dogs now? If you bring in a small dog and it's getting a lot of attention then there will be jealously. It would be difficult for you to deal with your daughter being so young, wait until she's older and can really enjoy a house dog and you have the time to train.
  2. 22 months old is really too young for a toddler to appreciate a young and very delicate puppy. I usually recommend owners wait until their children have good motor control skills, are walking easily on their own and have good verbal skills. Your daughter has plenty of canine companions now so waiting won't be a problem.
  3. HUH? You say that both are 7 and then turn around and say the PB is 5 and the Rottie is5. Your questions makes NO sense. Please use some punctuation so we can understand your question.
  4. put them together and see how they interact...if they are OK than go for it I see nothing wrong with it and also to the dumb person who was ranting about punctuation i understood this just fine learn to read
  5. You should wait until the child is old enough to help out with getting it water and can hold a leash.
  6. NO RESPONSIBLE BREEDER/POUND/SHELTER WILL GIVE YOU A PUPPY WITH A CHILD THAT YOUNG. IT IS JUST TOO CRUEL. PUPPIES ARE A TON OF ENERGY AND TRAINING, AND TIME, AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR YOUR BABY AND A PUPPY. CHILDREN ARE THE NUMBER ONE STRESS FOR PUPPIES, PUPPIES BITE AND JUMP ON CHILDREN, AND CHILDREN THAT YOUNG DO NOT KNOW HOW TO BE KIND TO PUPPIES. IF THE BABY TAKES THE PUPPIES TOY, THE PUPPY WILL BITE THE CHILD, AND THAT IS NOT THE PUPPIES FAULT. IT IS JUST IRRESPONSIBLE AND CRUEL TO GET A PUPPY WHEN YOU HAVE SUCH A YOUNG SMALL CHILD.
