How many animals are rescued from animal shelters a day?

About how many animals have been adopted and rescued from animal shelters a day in the U.S? and i also need to know how many animals are abused, neglected, and left to die every day in the U.S. And last, Everyday how many animals are rescued and brought to shelters?

1. It's hard to tell, since most of these voulnteer organizations are not official, and don't keep records. i. e. my family, who takes in barn cats all the time. We have 10 now.
