Cross Breeds

What kind of dog lover are you? Favorite breed? Large or Small?

I love big dogs. I'm much more into rough housing and playing with big dogs than little guys, like beagles and dachsunds. I have a lab at the moment. I really want a larger breed of dog, like a St. Bernard. I was just looking at pictures of Giant Mastiffs and they are soo adorable. I think I'll work my way up to the really big guys! Favorite Breed: St. Bernard. This is just a fun question so don't get TOO serious with it! Thanks!

1. I love medium dog plus big dogs. I like very energetic dogs like beagle (my favorite), weimaraner and great danes.
2. husky dogs with wolf in them cause you can play more with them so pretty mush big dogs
3. i love my ABPT's, and my junkyard dogs (large breed) my ABPT's are great for boxing and running with- sometimes we spar and that's great too. my female (avatar, Dallas) is SO quick. my Junkyard dogs are huge, and very chill. they are good to sit in the shade and have a beer (just me, with the beer) i want to get a Cane Corso mastiff someday.... when i have less than 6 dogs....
4. I prefer smaller dogs just because, well, i DO like dogs, but I think I'd be a little scared around a bigger dog. I love my daschaund, and we also fostered a shi tzu for awhile and I loved him, though he wasn't house trained and had to be walked 3x a day so it was a lot of work for me. My friend had a chihuahua and I adored it.
5. I love herding dogs. I especially like German shepherds, shelties and border collies. I'd like to learn more about kelpies...I've seen them in Aussie films but never known one in person.
6. I love a strong dog. My heart belongs to the American Bull Dog in my life aka Hooby Doo. I've had him since he was 3 mths old, and he just turned 3yrs in Dec.. We recently acquired a rescue dog. She is a blue nose heeler/pit bull mix. She is only 3 to 5 mths old, and already as big as a female adult pit, Yikes!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love them very much.
7. I am Mum to 3 beautiful Labradors. Yes I love Labradors.
8. I loveee big dogs. Great danes, especially. Not a big fan of small dogs because they're yappy to me.
9. We've always had dachshunds in our family, so I'm partial to them. It's also the kind of dog I have now. I'm also partial to boxers and basset hounds.

11. i love all dogs, big or small. atm, i have a westie, but id love a bigger dog, but due to living in a flat, this wouldnt be practical. id love a lab, rottie or st bernard but mostly a husky. ;D id like another westie too tho there so cute and affectionate :D love them tbh lol

13. I prefer large dogs. I had a Shepherd/Collie for nearly 17yrs, and now we have a Chinese Shar-Pei. I love Neopolitan & French Mastiffs, I would not have one, but I love their look. My fave breed used to be a Shar-Pei until we got one (many problems with the ears). I guess you could say my fave breed is a Collie and Australian Shepherd.

15. medium to large dogs. apbt's are my absolute favorite.
16. For me: I like a medium dog: large enough that it has a "presence", you can easily see where it is ;-) , you don't have to bend down too far to pet it, it can get in and out of a truck. Small enough it "can" just curl in my lap, doesn't take up half my bed, I can pick it up and carry it in case of emergency, can fit in the back seat of a car with a person back there, doesn't take up an entire camping tent, and whose tail, when wagging will not clear everything off the coffee table!!! I like a dog that looks to me for companionship, for direction, that wants to learn, that "wants to do" with me. Biddable. A dog that is sensitive, not hard. I like athletic dogs, not lumbering, that are agile and have "finesse". That want to go on walks, "hiking" and explore. That push me to stay active. A dog that is energetic, has a "love of life", a sense of humor. I admire "instinct". I love working with a dog. I love agility, have been competing for about 15 years. I get high on the teamwork, the 2 way communication at top speed to get through the course. My favorite breeds, for me: Shetland Sheepdogs (prior breed), Border Collie (current breed) and Aussies (never had one)
17. I love medium sized dogs. I adopted a Beagle-Mix 2 years ago. She is a double sized beagle (65 lbs and 20 inches tall). I wouldn't trade her for anything. She is a quiet, loving, peaceful dog. I love to spoil her and go on long walks.
18. i love medium-large dogs. faviourite breedS would be Border Collie & Great Dane. i have a 16 month old border collie at the moment.
