What was the YouTube video with the little kid making up a story about cat pictures in a book?

It's a little girl telling a story about the pictures of the cats in a book she's looking at, and she starts it out something like, "Cats, brought to you by Cats". I've tried finding it on YouTube but I can't seem to, so I'm hoping someone here has seen it and can provide the correct video name or a link. 10 easy points to the first person who gets me to the right video!
