is anyone selling english bulldog puppies in fresno, CA or near there? please respond!!!?

I have been looking for one for awhile and am hoping to get one in the near future!!! :) I am not looking for a showdog and I have a great backyard with plenty of shade. please respond! have a budget of under $500

1. Have you tried puppy finder? Just want to let you know- English Bulldogs run about $1000 to $1500- females are more- they dont get birth naturally because the heads are so big on the puppies. Cute dogs though- would have been my husbands first choice but I dont have that kind of money plus Vet Bills and spay so we got Boxers :)
2. I live in Fresno but sorry I do not know of anyone who breeds good quality dogs. I would recommend you buy from a breeder who has show quality since they are usually better bred. Back yards are not guaranteed to be very healthy and English bulldogs have health issues anyway. I would also recommend you get a dog fancy mag. go to the back of the mag and look up breeders by state. Contact one relatively close and they might know of someone in the area. That is how I got my first Amstaff.
3. a budget of under $500, maybe you should reconsider having a dog.
4. I really wanted to get a dog but we live in an apartment that doesn't allow dogs and they are real expensive. i now have two cats, they are a lot less expensive and they are really great pets. i use a leash on the cat in the picture and she can go outside with me.
