Any good horses for sale in texas?

My friend has desperately been looking for the right horse for her to start on for years. She doesn't have much experience riding and needs a good smart bombproof horse. We have searched Dream horse and many other similar sites does anyone have a horse that matches this description for sale? If not have you seen any online? Thank you all efforts are appreciated. We are looking for a youth horse just really tall in the houston area for anything less than 1000 dollars i know thats asking alot but oh well
