How to lock my PC keyboard?
Very often when I'm watching a movie on my PC my cats start wandering on my keyboard, pressing random keys, pausing my player or messing up the settings. I was wondering if there's any way to lock the keyboard for the time I'm watching something. Like a programme that allows a special combination of keys to lock it or something. Thanks.

- Try Kid_Key_lock http://lifehacker.com/5157037/kid+key+lock-locks-your-keyboard-and-mouse-in-degrees
- No, you just have to keep your cat off your keyboard or cover it with something hard that the cat can't sink into with its feet.
- Kid Key lock works, as the previous poster said... but also unplugging is a good idea too.
- toddler keys is free and locks the keyboard - think of your cat as an intelligent toddler http://www.snapfiles.com/get/toddlerkeys.html
- DON'T unplug your keyboard if it's a older PS/2 style plug (round). You can damage the motherboard and lock up your machine. If it's a USB type (flat rectangle plug) you can safely unplug it. Other then that as mentioned above there are a couple free programs that will do what you want.
