Do grey chihuahua puppies change colour after birth?

My Chihuahua just had her first litter of puppies. She is almost all white and the father is all brown with beige spots above his eyes and on his belly, and the puppies were born grey. do they change colour?

1. I searched on google and came across a few sites that all stated that Chihuahua puppies can, in fact, change coat color as they grow. It is also possible, of course, that you just have a whole litter of gray dogs.
2. puppies can change colors as they mature..example: yorkie puppies are born almost completely black and as they age they get tan and silver in their coats... so yes your puppies could change colors (although not drastic) as they grow up depending on the genes in the mother and father...
3. As they grow older they can change colors. You must also look at the pedigree of both parents because this color may be in the pedigree somewhere. So, the puppy might stay the blue color but, you will just have to wait and see.
4. Yes, it is possible the chihuahua puppies with change color as they get older. When I got my second chihuahua puppy, he was all white. As he got older, he got tan spots on his coat. Now he is white with tan spots.
