Can purebread german puppies have white blazes on their faces?

My dog had puppies and i want to know why they have white blazes on their faces, i thought that german shepherd puppies dont have white blazes. The parents are both black and tan. Please answer if you know about german shepherd colors. Thanks

1. http://www.akc.org/breeds/german_shepherd_dog/ Is it possible another dog got to your female when you weren't looking? Edit: If so, you really cannot sell these puppies as purebreds. Spay and neuter. Give or sell these puppies with spay/neuter contracts.

4. No.You asked this last night and we told you that since you let the dogs run loose,that your female probably got caught by another dog in additon to you other GSD. Please get your dogs fixed.
5. No, that's considered a fault. If you have two purebreds, I'm not sure how this got into the mix, as blazes are not part of the standard markings. If it's on more than one puppy, I'd guess she was bred by another dog than your shepherd.

8. No, these must be a mixture, purebred puppies never what white blazes, they are normally very black when first born and then lighten with age.
