- You can start training your dog as soon as they can walk. Make sure they are not too small to hurt themselves in the process though!! Remember, the sooner you start training, the easier it will be when her/she is older.
- Right away! An 8 week old puppy is quite capable of starting to learn basic commands such as sit, down, come, and to fetch. Remember to keep training sessions very short though, as puppy attention spans are fleeting, and to use only positive reward-based training methods. Training should be fun, for you and your puppy! By 10-16 weeks, your puppy is ready to attend his first puppy kindergarten class and every attempt should be made to do so – it is a great socialisation and learning opportunity for your puppy. - the most important thing right now is to be with their mother there is 'training' that they need with their mother and litter-mates for now wait a few weeks. then start with little things. but for now its socialization and things that they need to learn from their 'family'
