  1. they would die. so please, give up your dog to a no-kill shelter; since there's NO reason for you to use WEIGHT GAINERS [aka, muscle builders] on a DOG.
  2. *refrains from saying something that will get her a violation notice* Short answer: No Long Answer: Hell no and if you can't be bothered to leave your dogs alone rather than playing mad scientist with them, surrender them to the nearest APBT rescue. ADD: She does NOT need to be bulky. The APBT is not supposed to be a bulk breed stop trying to make her look like some razor's edge/gotti bully. She's a PUPPY she will grow and fill out a she is supposed to.
  3. No. It is not safe to use human supplements on dogs. Pups don't need any weight gaining formula. You're just going to make a unhealthy dog. What is wrong with you?
  4. I wouldn't recommend giving your puppy extra nutrients. Puppy foods are already balanced to insure proper growth. If you try to speed up growth, they could end up with poor joints and I don't even know what else might go wrong. Also, you can't catch worms from foods or supplements. Puppies are usually born with them, and/or they are aquired through the environment. I can't explain how each different type of parasite is spread, but none of them come from weight gainers. Also, puppies are just hyper, I don't think you can make them extra hyper with any sort of supplement. Actually, you might make them less hyper if you give them weird supplements and make them grow weird, it could be painful.
  5. ::rolling eyes:: How old is your puppy? If she's under a year old, it's like giving "weight gainers" on a 10 year old. It's a damned stupid idea. Don't do it.
  6. if she is under 12 mos just focus on high protein dog food
