What top reason why animals goes endangered?

My groups doign a project on endangered animal . Can you please tell me the top reason why they are endangered. But dont make them simple well you can but i would like nice answers. Thank you =)

1. Simply people. We destroy their natural habitat. Whether their habitat be the north pole or the rain forest, its our fault.
2. people pollution landfills. humans were god's mistake. we make sooo much trash that someday we are going to either ruin the atmosphere by burning it or the land and seas by burying/dumping it. global warming cutting down rainforests clearing habitats for cities etc.
3. Humans are the main reason for endangered animals and are the only species known to drive the extinction of other species. Some ways that humans cause other animals to become endangered: Habitat loss (deforestation, paving over fields, encroachment of urban areas on former sylvan, prairie, wetlands, and other ecosystems) Habitat destruction (draining wetlands, damming rivers, deforestation etc) Over hunting Over fishing Putting toxins in the environment (DDT is a good example of this) there are other reasons too, but this should give you a good starting point.
