Can name me some ways to stop golden retriever puppies from biting or scratching?

You see, I got bitten and scratched by my golden retriever puppy. I'm currently trying to train it not to bite or scratch.

2. For biting - the point is to make the puppy want to stop so when he does bite you gently push your finger farther down his throat to give him the gag reflex. He will back away from you / say firmly NO BITE. This has worked with my dogs (when they were pups and also my cat - who was one wild kitten) When you pull your hands away from the puppy - you make it a fun game for them, they will then jump on you trying to bite more..this makes the puppy pulll away from you instead. It's not fun for them and eventually you will be able to just use the words NO BITE and they will relate.
3. I have heard that you can go to a pets store like Pets mart and they will have these spray bottles that have a liquid in it that will smell good to you, but bad to the animal. Whenever the pet does something bad, spray them on the nose, and give them a firm no.
4. You can give them something else to gnaw on, like an old toy or something thats harmless to them. When your dogs are about to bite you, say NO and spray a little water on them. They dont usually like it, but its harmless for them. Theres some.:) hope i helped
5. do you watch its me or the dog?i do.as soon as it jumps up to bite or scatch you have to nottalk stand up cross your arms and walk away.repeat again and again and when your puppy quits their bad behavoir reward it.your puppy will eventually figue out if it behaves bad it will recieve no attention.
