Who is the greatest rapper ever?

I don't care who you think is it's a 2 horse race. Biggie or 2PAC. I say Biggie. His flows are so much smoother than 2Pacs. He's just flat out better. BTW I think Eminem is the best LYRISIST ever.

10. Snoop- the tone in his voice, the sound...you can't mistake him for anyone else. I also like Busta because he's freaking nuts!
11. Tupac hands down. He's got some out there songs but then he has all these other songs with mind blowing lyrics that make me sit back and think about things. Not to mention the creepiness of him foreseeing his death. I'm from the bay area too so I got to be down with Tupac.
