A Movie about golden retrievers?

There is this movie where about 5 [I think] golden retrievers get locked into an ice cream tank, and they get shipped off to somewhere with snow. And I think they can talk. Then a girl owning a little doggy goes into a snow dog race or something and wins the race with her dog and the golden retrievers
