Movie about Huskies and Arctic?

My kids are learning about arctic in school. Today they remembered a movie they watched long time back about huskies . Where a scientist goes to artic and after finishing his job leaves the huskies behind. He asks them to wait for him. Then the movie is about him coming back to get his huskies and the huskies still waiting for him in that cold wilderness. Anyone knows the name of that movie? Its not snow Buddies or snow dogs. Thanks a lot. Yeah thats it - Eight Below. Going to order it on Netflix...
