How long do you feed English Bulldog puppies every two hours?

I've just had English Bulldog Puppies on 8-08-08 and they are doing great! But, I was just wondering how long do you feed the puppies every two hours? Is it a week, 5 day, or 2 week. They eat from the mother and seem to be doing great, nothing going wrong, its just an unanswered question of mine. And also has any one ever had their female give birth before the C-section? Mine did. She was set for the C-section to happen 8-08-08 @ 8:30 Am, but started having the Pups at 5:00 am, we called the vet while it was going on and he said that as long as she not pushing for 30 min. and not have any thing that she would be find to have them on her one.. has this ever happened to anyone else? P.S. she had 3 beautiful puppies, 2 females and 1 male.. The Puppies are only 4 day old as of today, i just need to know how long to be feeding them every two hours. Thank you for answers. :)

1. i've never heard of feeding a puppy nevery 2 hrs, u should cut that back to 3 times a day, breakfast, lunch, dinner....
2. i have never done that unless its a young puppy that still needs milk. if not just feed 3 times a day
