Is this normal for a english bulldog puppy?

I just bought an english bulldog puppy last night. She is extremely pretty, and has every habit I expected a bulldog to have, except one. Whenever you pick her up she whimpers a little and groans and I'm afraid that I'm hurting her. Am I just picking her up wrong, or is this normal for a bulldog? Nope. I got her from a lady a town over. She only owned the mother and bred her with another bulldog her vet owned. I met both parents and everything seemed to be perfectly fine with them.

1. where did you get her? petstore...oops. youve got a sick puppymill puppy she may not be used to being picked up or she could be hurt wish I could be of more help
2. Well it could possibly be that Some dogs/puppies don't like being held exspecially when they are scared And new to a sorounding So it is ok and if in the future when she is settled in she still does it Ask your vet im sure nothings wrong it's just the dog dosnt like being held. Hope this helps
