- i am past 6th grade and i don't even know that stuff i think that that is sad.
- 1A and 1B Basically converting fraction into decimal. 1/4=0.25. So 4 1/4 dollars is $4.25 3/8=0.375. So 1 3/8 dollars is $1.375. But since money only goes to penny, it is $1.38 2. Again, decimals. 3/16=0.1875. So 1 3/16 miles is 1.1875 miles.
- $4.25 $1.38 1.1875
- Convert it into decimals and try solving it
- Well you didn't give us what the original amount was in the first one 1.A. add $4.25 to whatever the original one is 1.B. add $1.37 to whatever the original one is Didn't say what place the decimal had to be 2. 1.1875 simply find 3/16 of a mile and add it to 1
- a. $4.25 b. $1.38 2) 1.1875
