when wiil my shih-tzu puppies look like they're mother who is also a shih-tzu?

my puppies are 3 weeks old my puppies are 3weeks old. the father is a neighborhood mutt.

2. depends what the father looks like, but most of them will probably look mostly like their mother. something to do with the hormones being stronger.
