How bad is it to get a shih tzu puppies shots after 15 weeks?

I am buying a shih tzu from my friend. They have papers and stuff but not sure if they have had their shots yet? How bad is it? I am talking as in, is it bad for their health?

1. Ask your friend if the pup has had its shots and if not get them ASAP!!!!.
2. Are you talking about price? You can call the vets around you and get a good estimate. Some vets even have "immunization plans". Whether they are good or not I cannot tell you. Are you talking about how your dog will react? it'll cry and be sore for a bit but shouldnt be much more than that. My vet calls the next day to make sure my baby is fine.
3. No its not going to be harmful for them to have them late but they are more at risk for getting a virus or disease especially if they have been outside and in public places. Ask your friend though, she has most likely gotten their shots done and you can even ask for witten proof from her vet if you still aren't sure. If not then just go get them done.
4. Why don't you just ASK your friend?
5. If your friend cannot produce written verification (vet records), I would suggest having your vet give the shots for the safety of your dog.
