why is my cats stomach making funny noises?

i have my cat sitting right in front of me, and i can hear her stomach making really loud noises it has happened before, and hse was fine nothing happeded but i want to know what it is! shes old, i don't know if this has anyting to do with it and i just placed her in her litttler tray and left her for a bit but she di nothing she appears to beok in personaltity but i really want to know what it is! please help i love her to bts!

1. The most obvious reason is digestive sounds, it is like gurgling sounds.You said she is old so she's probably not pregnant, that would also make noises.
