Are there any public horse race tracks in IL?

I live in Chicago, and I was wondering if anyone knew a place where I could trailer my horse, and use the race track. I've always wanted to know how well my horse could do on the track, and if there is a place that is public, or will allow me to test theirs out, that would be great! Thank youu!

1. I would call the track office at Arlington Park, for starters, and talk with them about your plans. Otherwise, there are tracks downstate from you- I just don't know their names. You should be able to find out their phone numbers and other information on the web or in the phone book, though. I hope that helps you.
