What are the names of some of history's most famous horses?
I am not talking about great race horses, but rather horses such as Bucefalo/Bucephalus who belonged to Alexander the Great, or Rocinante who belonged to Don Quixote. Horses of historical or literary renown.

- Incitatus is my favorite. He was the horse of the insane Roman Emperor Caligula. He provided Incitatus with a marble stable, an ivory manger, purple blankets, and a collar embedded with precious stones. He had promised Incitatus that he would appoint him as consul, meaning he would make him a Senator. Unfortunately for the horse, Caligula died before he had fulfilled that promise.
