What's the name of this movie?

The movie is a horror movie about some alien or something infected human and dogs. The man and do infected exploded and ripped himself from the inside, showing off the bones and seemed to squeezed the body liquid out. The movie begins with two men coming from a helicopter to find an empty house in the snow, with two bodies inside, one of them committed suicide by cutting his own throat. The title is Plague . . . something I forget. Horrifying yes, but the techniques are good.
