I'm looking for a movie with alien worms in it and a man named Jonesy.?

There is alien trying to contaminate the water supply. There's a mentally challenged character who is an alien who loves scooby-doo. There are dream catchers in the movie. A man urinating in the snow tragically looses his naughty bits. A dog holds alien eggs in his stomach. That's all I remember about the movie.
