How big is this Breyer horse?

How big is the Breyer horse Donner? his model # is 1238... on breyerhorses.com it says he is a traditional but sometimes they are different sizes than the traditionals... if you have any idea what his exact size is that would be awesome!

1. Hes a traditional size but, hes a pony. That's why hes so small.
