What was the name of this old Nickelodeon show where the girl moves onto this farm, that contains horses?

It was this old show on Nickelodeon, I was really little so I cant remember clearly. Like, this girl lived with this family that had a boy, and they all lived on this farm that had horses. She loved horses. I can't remember why she moved in with them or when. I know its not many details, but anything at all would help.

1. I'm pretty sure you're thinking of the show Caitlin's Way. It ran from 2000-2002. I used to watch that show too as a kid! I remember that she got in trouble so she had to move to a ranch lol I hope this was the show you were looking for
