3. This is not the place to look for a healthy GSD puppy from a reputable breeder. Responsible breeders do not reply to offers like yours - they already have a waiting list for pups. You need to make sure you are buying one from a breeder who has had the parents hip scored, elbow graded and the sire tested clear of haemophilia B and have a good temperament as a priority before breeding. Contact some of the many GSD breed clubs who can put you in touch with reputable breeders - but they won't negotiate over price, you either pay what they are asking or go elsewhere! You will get cheaper unregistered pups but they won't have proper health screening & may well end up costing you more in vet's bills.
