In the Fall Out Boy Vid,I Don't Care, why is there a pause in the video, in which you see a cat with noodles?

Watchh The Video pleasee, because I don't get it very well, it just confuses me.

1. the point of fall out boy videos is to be as completely random as possible. i highly doubt there's a deeper meaning than there just being a random cat with noodles.
2. Because cats and noodles are awesome.
3. It's actually just a huge internet joke that's been circulating. Even t.v. shows such as The Soup have been known to show it. Its just an image to make you laugh
4. Its a big inside joke going around. A little while back during an episode of The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet about Binge Drinking, a random shot of a cat with a plate of noodles showed up for a few seconds and then randomly went back to the normal show, no one said anything about it, there was no reason to it, Totally Random. Joel McHale caught wind of this and made a big joke of this on his Tv Show The Soup several times, with a fake blac cat and some noodles, So random as Fall Out Boy is, and how the music video has some to do with the media, they put it there.
