Where is the closest snow dog park to Oakland?

I live in Oakland, CA and would like to take my husky puppy to see snow. Where is the closest snow dog park from me? Would that be South Lake Tahoe? I was looking at Bijou Dog Park, but is there snow this time of year at that dog park?
