What should I wear to the Bass Hall (Fort Worth) perfomance of Cats?

Hello, I'm going to see Cats with my wife at Bass Hall in downtown Fort Worth. It's on a Saturday evening. Can somebody recommend what I should wear? I was thinking business casual (Pants and Dress Shirt)

2. Live performances like that used to be strictly semi formal but everything has become so lax I have seen people wear jeans. The shirt tie and slacks is perfect. I love blue and green ties, they look good on everyone.
3. Perfect. Khaki pants and shirt...and maybe add a sport jacket, that would be awesome. Have fun!
4. People don't dress up as much as they used to for events like that. Are you taking her out to dinner/drinks before/after? Use where you're going as a guide--if you're going somewhere really swanky, a suit or pants and jacket are a good idea. If you're just going to Cats, you could do dark dressy jeans, a collared shirt, and a hip blazer. Or of course, the business casual route. Some married couples find it really sexy to see each other dress up. You could make the night really special by encouraging her to dress up in a cocktail dress she hasn't been able to use for awhile, and getting all dressed up for her. But if you're just playing it cool, even something like dark jeans, a white shirt, and a blazer would be fine.
5. Make a statement. Show that there still is culture and class in America. Go with a more classic yet fun look (after all, it is theatre and it is Cats) and put on a suit, shirt and tie combo (can be a simple black, blue or grey suit with a white shirt and a brighter color tie). At the very least, put on a pants, sports coat, shirt and tie combo. If you don't have a suit, than, go with pants, shirt and tie. Do not do just pants and dress shirt. Everyone else does that.
