I have 6 pit bull puppies that I want to get registered.?
I bought these puppies without papers. I wanted to know what steps I can take to get them ckc, akc, adba, abpr or any other type of registry. This may seem like a dumb question, but I was taught that if you dont know then you should ask. Someone please point me in the right direction. Thank you

- You can't register them with most of those org's, with no papers on the mom....but you would have to contact abpr,or a few others to find out
- You bought the whole litter!Well if they have no papers they were never registered so any papers you might get on them will be worthless.
- where ever you bought them you should have gotten the papers to register them iif the are from registered parents. If you have nothing (even on parents) then You can not register them (well, with a good, reputable kennel club such as AKC or CKC(the canadian kennel club),
- Unless both parents are registered, you can't. Spay and neuter.
- You really can't get papers such as you're talking about if the parents weren't registered. You can get UKC registration for the purpose of showing in obedience trials, etc....but they will not provide proof of lineage. Unless you want to show, papers are completely unnecessary.

- Why would you buy so many puppies from the same litter? Why would it then be so important for you to have them registered? You are also not fussy on whether the registry you use is reputable or legitimate. The only reasons that I can come up with is that you want to set up as a backyard breeder and flog off poorly bred Pit bulls registered with a dodgy registry to unsuspecting puppy purchasers OR You bought (or stole) the litter and want to make as much money from them as you can. I doubt that, if this is the case, you will be too choosy about who the pups go to. If I am wrong, accept my apologies, but it does seem a really odd thing to do for a responsible dog owner.
- You can't register them with a reputable registry. AKC does not recognize the American Pit Bull Terrier. ADBA you must have a 3 generation pedigree. CKC all you have to do is take pics of the dogs when they are 6 months old with two witness saying the dog is pure bred and you get papers. (Scam) APBR same things.
